A simple AI chatbot (customer support with RAG on FAQ) starts at 300,000 DZD. An advanced chatbot with WhatsApp integration, history and human escalation: 500,000 to 1,200,000 DZD. An autonomous agent with tools (appointment booking, orders): 1,500,000 DZD and up.
02Does my data leave Algeria?+
By default, yes: we use OpenAI or Anthropic for the best price-quality ratio. If your data is sensitive (healthcare, banking, defense), we deploy open-source models (Llama 3, Qwen) on-premise on your infrastructure or a dedicated Algerian server.
03What is the difference between ChatGPT and a custom chatbot?+
ChatGPT is generalist and does not know your business. A custom chatbot uses the same GPT-4 engine but with RAG on your documents, connected to your CRM, WhatsApp, website. It answers with your prices, hours and escalates to a human when needed.
